WOMEN'S CIRCLE

BSO Women's Circle is a place where women bond, share friendships and develop a deeper understanding of what it means to be a Jewish woman. We sponsor programs and speakers throughout the year on a range of topics including Jewish family education and living, health and leisure, along with a variety of social events including a membership luncheon each Fall.

Ongoing Activites

Book Club gets together regularly throughout the year at different members’ homes or via zoom to explore and discuss books that have a Jewish theme or are about women. Even if you have not read the book, you are welcome to come and join in the discussion.

First Sunday Needlecrafts Program generally meets on the first Sunday of each month. This group of crafters gets together to work on knitted and crocheted projects that are donated or sold as fundraisers for Women's Circle. The crafters invite women and children who want to learn to knit, crochet or cross stitch to join the group in order to introduce them to the work of needlecrafts.
