BSO Yahrzeit Memorial Plaque

A Yahrzeit, the annual commemoration of the anniversary of a loved one’s death, is a traditional act of remembrance. 


B'nai Shalom of Olney makes possible a permanent wall of  remembrance within our sanctuary, providing an ever-present tribute to important people in our lives. Your donation and dedication of a Yahrzeit plaque helps perpetuate the memory of a loved one. Each year, a special marker next to the plaque will signify the anniversary. 

Each plaque will include the name and the date of death according to both the Gregorian and Hebrew calendars. There is also the option of including the name in Hebrew. 

Minimum Donation Per Plaque:
Members: $450
Non-Members: $600

Member Discount when Purchasing Multiple Plaques:

2 Plaques: When purchasing 2 plaques at the same time, please use the code MEMORY2 in the discount field on the payment page to pay $400 for the second plaque.

3 Plaques: When purchasing 3 plaques at the same time, please use the code MEMORY3 in the discount field on the payment page to pay $400 for the second plaque and $350 for the third plaque.

4 Plaques: When purchasing 4 plaques at the same time, please use the code MEMORY4 in the discount field on the payment page to pay $400 for the second plaque and $350 for all additional plaques.

5 Plaques: When purchasing 5 plaques at the same time, please use the code MEMORY5 in the discount field on the payment page to pay $400 for the second plaque and $350 for all additional plaques.
