• May 18-30 - The Goldman Gallery of the Jewish Community Center of Greater Washington will present it's Senior Adult Art Show for 2008. Gala opening reception from 2 - 4 PM on Sunday, May 18. B'nai Shalom Member, Miriam Rothchild will have a painting in this show! Some of the art work, which includes paintings, sculpture, jewelry, etc. is simply fascinating and well worth the trip to the Center.

Our community will celebrate the 60th anniversary of Israel at a festival on The National Mall!  We will enjoy an afternoon that will showcase the accomplishments of Israel, and will feature Israeli music, arts, culture, history, society, food, and much more.
